SoFi offers Brokerage services, Robo Advisor services, and retirement accounts.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support members over the phone, chat, and email</li> <li>Educate and assist members on margin, options and equities.</li> <li>Problem solve any operational or technical issues pertaining to SoFi Invest products</li> <li>Perform ongoing monitoring of member accounts with attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Work with SoFi’s custodial platform as needed to assist members in opening, funding, and transacting in their accounts</li> <li>Work with management and product teams to continuously improve operational processes and technical platforms to better serve our members</li> <li>Assess the member’s financial situation and goals through one-on-one inbound calls&nbsp;</li> <li>Educate members on the benefits and value of Brokerage and Robo accounts</li> <li>Work with members who would like to open an investment account to help them understand the offering, benefits, and account opening process</li> <li>Educate members on terms and processes associated with Brokerage and Robo accounts</li> <li>Discuss and explain investment performance and decisions with current wealth members</li> <li>Provide member’s operational support for specific investment-related questions and issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have one of the following existing licensing combinations: Series 7, 63, &amp; 65 OR Series 7 &amp; 66</li> <li>Must maintain all necessary professional certifications required for the role</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li> <li>2+ years of financial services experience required, preferably assisting customers in a service environment</li> <li>Experience and understanding of margin and option concepts, rules and regulations</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, and a customer service mindset</li> <li>Deep understanding of financial concepts</li> <li>Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requirements</li> <li>Self-starter, problem-solver, and a goal-oriented team player with a ‘no job is beneath me’ attitude</li> <li>Ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks efficiently</li> <li>Organized with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Show curiosity and confidence when dealing with clients and able to ask for help when needed</li> <li>Meets evolving position objectives as defined by management</li> <li>Ability to iterate, learn, and innovate</li> <li>Must successfully clear FINRA fingerprint background check</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with corporate actions</li> <li>Experience with margin/investment risk</li> <li>Series 4</li> <li>Series 24</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
