About the role
Service Scope:
- Perform commissioning and integration of sites (Single Site / Swap / Rollout)
- Configuration of Huawei equipment (BBU, RRU, AAU, DCDU, etc.)
- Conduct acceptance tests (Ping / Throughput / Alarms)
- Analysis and resolution of hardware and software failures (troubleshooting)
- Verification of alarms and network KPIs
- Technical support for field teams and customers
- Preparation of technical reports and documentation (Integration Report)
- Operation with tools such as LMT / iManager-OSS
- Interface with NOC, engineering, and end customers
Mandatory:
- Experience with Huawei equipment
- Fluent english
- Knowledge of LTE/5G site commissioning and integration
- Experience in mobile network troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of IP networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing)
- Reading and interpreting project documents (LLD / HLD / TSSR / PPI)
- Experience with Huawei management tools
- Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), and 5G technologies, including equipment configuration (BBU, RRU, AAU), testing, link validation, alarm analysis, and network performance
Desirable:
- Experience with Swap / Modernization / Rollout projects
- Knowledge of transmission (MW, Fiber, IP)
