About the role

  • Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate high-level strategies into actionable, measurable initiatives that drive enterprise value.
  • Develop and communicate a product strategy that balances enterprise needs, accelerates delivery, ensures scalability and architectural health.
  • Define and continuously refine product scope, priorities, and success measures based on value, risk, effort, and business impact.
  • Research emerging trends and identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and continuous improvement, and contribute to technology and tool selection as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product direction, decisions, and clarifications while proactively communicating progress, risks, and scope changes to ensure alignment across business, platform, and development teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular prioritization and roadmap alignment sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and users to shape problem statements, define desired outcomes, and drive informed trade-off decisions.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across business and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment from discovery through delivery.
  • Partner with system architects to align product needs with platform capabilities, architectural standards, and enterprise guidelines.
  • Influence and champion innovative solutions, best practices, and technology decisions across diverse audiences.
  • Actively manage competing priorities, dependencies, and risks to maintain delivery momentum and focus.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business, technology, and external partners while representing Mouser with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Organize, prioritize, and communicate complex information clearly to support effective decision-making.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and domain knowledge to guide prioritization, support decision-making, and communicate process improvements.
  • Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to measure adoption, performance, and business impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve experiences and unlock new business value through discovery, stakeholder engagement, and post-release insights.
  • Act as a forward-thinking change agent who challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement.

  • Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%)
  • Strong ability to translate and align business objectives into clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • Sound judgement in prioritization and trade-off decisions based on value, risk, and capacity.
  • Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical thinking with comfort using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Practical understanding of Agile and iterative software delivery practices.
  • Ability to identify, validate, and clearly articulate customer problems and opportunities.
  • Managing product scope and backlogs using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban practices to enable incremental delivery.
  • Identifying and defining success metrics, translating feedback into insights, and adjusting direction based on performance and ROI.
  • Experience with communicating and presenting decisions and risks to senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate product intent, vision, and rationale through concise artifacts, stories, and executive‑level messaging.
  • Ability to drive change, anticipating adoption challenges, and ensuring successful rollout and sustained value realization.

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Requires 4 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, or equivalent position
