<h2><strong>About Graphcore&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>At Graphcore, we’re building the future of AI compute.</p> <p>We’re a team of semiconductor, software and AI experts, with deep experience in creating the complete AI compute stack - from silicon and software to infrastructure at datacenter scale.</p> <p>As part of the SoftBank Group, backed by significant long-term investment, we are delivering key technology into the fast-growing SoftBank AI ecosystem.</p> <p>To meet the vast and exciting AI opportunity, Graphcore is expanding its teams around the world.</p> <p>We are bringing together the brightest minds to solve the toughest problems, in a place where everyone has the opportunity to make an impact on the company, our products and the future of artificial intelligence</p> <h2>Job Summary</h2> <p>We are looking for an organised and proactive Internal Auditor – Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to lead and deliver the internal audit programme across Graphcore’s Integrated Management System.&nbsp;The role focuses on ensuring effective audit delivery, corrective action management, and continuous improvement across quality, information security, health &amp; safety, and business continuity management systems.</p> <h2>The Team</h2> <p>The role sits within the Quality and Compliance function and works closely with teams across engineering, operations, IT, facilities and corporate functions to maintain and improve Graphcore’s Integrated Management System.</p> <h2>Responsibilities and Duties</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Plan, deliver, and maintain the internal audit programme across the Integrated Management System covering: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>ISO 9001 (Quality Management)</li> <li>ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security)</li> <li>ISO 45001 (Occupational Health &amp; Safety)</li> <li>ISO 22301 (Business Continuity)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Manage the end-to-end corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process, ensuring issues are effectively tracked, closed, and verified</li> <li>Facilitate root cause analysis activities and work cross-functionally to implement sustainable corrective actions</li> <li>Monitor audit findings, process metrics, and incident trends to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities</li> <li>Coordinate and contribute to management review activities with audit data, trends, actions, and risk insights</li> <li>Support teams in embedding a continuous improvement mindset and ensuring ongoing IMS effectiveness</li> <li>Track audit schedules, actions and compliance activities to ensure timely closure</li> <li>Support external audits and certification activities where required</li> </ul> <h2>Candidate Profile</h2> <h3>Essential</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Working knowledge of at least one of the following standards: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>ISO 9001</li> <li>ISO/IEC 27001</li> <li>ISO 22301</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience conducting internal audits, with Lead Auditor training or equivalent on at least one of the standards listed above</li> <li>Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to drive actions through to completion</li> <li>Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa or similar root cause analysis techniques</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams</li> <li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>A proactive and continuous improvement-focused mindset</li> </ul> <h3>Desirable</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Exposure to multi-standard Integrated Management System environments</li> <li>Working knowledge of ISO 45001</li> <li>Experience working within a technology, manufacturing, or other highly regulated environment</li> <li>Familiarity with audit tools, risk registers, quality dashboards, or compliance reporting systems</li> <li>Experience using Jira and/or PowerBI</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Benefits</strong></h2> <p>In addition to a competitive salary, Graphcore offers flexible working, a generous annual leave policy, private medical insurance and health cash plan, a dental plan, pension (matched up to 5%), life assurance and income protection.
