This role focuses on ensuring peak network performance and stability, maintaining rigorous security standards, managing Linux systems, and delivering robust technical support using our own cutting-edge hardware.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage network infrastructure, including switching, routing, and VLAN configurations, prioritizing maximum uptime and stability;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Implement, monitor, and enforce IT security best practices across local networks, servers, and endpoints;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proactively monitor network and system performance, identifying bottlenecks and tuning configurations for optimal speed and reliability;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform deep troubleshooting of network and system issues across all OSI layers;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide comprehensive end-user support (macOS/Windows/Linux) and manage the secure hardware lifecycle;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Deploy, support, and maintain UniFi products within the office infrastructure, including rack power and UPS management to ensure environmental stability;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide support and maintenance for local server hosting environments;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong, hands-on networking expertise (Switching, VLANs, Routing, DHCP, DNS);</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven understanding of network security protocols, performance tuning, and system stability best practices;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Practical Linux system administration experience and strong endpoint troubleshooting skills;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
