If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.</p></div><p>Braze, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Associate to join our team to provide technical assistance to our employees.&nbsp; This role will involve fulfilling requests at our service desk. Common support requests include provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts and hardware.&nbsp; Support macOS and iOS hardware and printer configuration/troubleshooting.&nbsp; We also expect this position to be able to support basic network connectivity at our office.&nbsp; Conduct audits of conference room equipment.&nbsp; Ordering and maintaining an inventory of IT assets.&nbsp; This role requires commuting to the office.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely</li> <li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment</li> <li>Provide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment and supporting live events</li> <li>This position will require being in the office up to 5 days per week (with occasional travel to other office locations)&nbsp;</li> <li>While you are working a standard work shift, you will be supporting other remote offices in different time zones during your shift.</li> <li>Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace</li> <li>Supporting new employee onboarding sessions</li> <li>Write knowledge base how-to articles to support and educate employees</li> <li>Manage our deployed computers, and mobile devices via JAMF and Google MDM</li> <li>Manage the procurement of IT hardware and software</li> <li>Basic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li>A self-starter ability to multitask, prioritize issues based on severity and work independently</li> <li>Maintains high attention to detail and follows a task to completion</li> <li>Approach users' issues with empathy</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly with users directly via email, chat, and video conferencing</li> <li>Demonstrate excellent writing skills</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot and administer Apple computers and mobile devices</li> <li>Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks</li> <li>Experience with Google Meet and Zoom device configuration and troubleshooting</li> <li>3-5 years of providing technical support</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER<br></strong></p> <p><em>Braze benefits vary by location, and we encourage you to review our specific benefits offerings for each country </em><a href="https://www.braze.com/company/careers/how-we-hire#benefit-section"><em>here</em></a><em>.
