IT Intern

 

We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Intern to join our team and support daily IT operations within a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for end-user issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Support on-site installations, configurations, and setup of IT devices and equipment.
• Assist in IT asset tracking, tagging, inventory management, and documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and escalation processes to maintain service quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting activities related to networking, printers, mobile devices, and end-user systems.
• Contribute to improving responsiveness, planning, and overall IT support quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including networking, hardware, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT operations environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of the English language.
