This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring IT-related problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Details of the Program:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Duration:&nbsp;</strong>8/17/2026 - 12/11/2026</li> <li><strong>Hours: </strong>20-25&nbsp;hours/week</li> <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $20 per hour</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong customer service acumen</li> <li>An excitement/passion for technology</li> <li>An end user-focused approach</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">&nbsp;Provide first-line technical support to employees across corporate IT systems, including endpoint management, asset management, identity and access, productivity and collaboration, and conference room AV</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Triage and resolve tickets through the ITSM platform</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Maintain knowledge base documentation</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Execute onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning workflows</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Perform identity and access management tasks including user account lifecycle and password resets</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Provision and deploy end-user equipment; support conference room setup</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Escalate complex issues to senior team members while building independent diagnostic skills</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Perform technical work under close supervision while building hands-on fluency across the platform stack</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h5><em>Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).</em></h5> <h5><em>General Information:&nbsp; The above noted job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities that may be assigned, but rather to give personnel so classified a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of the job.
