About the role

PRIORITY Quality Consultants, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is seeking to collaborate with freelance IT Governance Consultants to support various client projects related to IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in IT Service Management (ITSM), Data governance and IT related projects, enabling best practices across clients.
  • Developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures in alignment with frameworks and best practices i.e ITIL, COBIT, DAMA, ISO principles.
  • Conducting assessments and audits of existing frameworks to identify improvement areas.
  • Providing recommendations for optimization and efficiency.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions for client teams on related practices and tools.
  • Working as a flexible team member to address differing project needs and client requirements.

Requirements

The candidate must have the following skills and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT or Data Governance roles.
  • Strong understanding of related framework (COBIT, ITIL, DAMA, ISO20000)
  • Experience with tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SMAX) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • COBIT, ITIL, DAMA, ISO20000 certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in consulting or freelance roles.
