IT Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We’re looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage our equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for our offices, data centres, and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle. <br><br>This role covers a range of sites across the Asian market and will be based in our Hong Kong office, and working alongside our London office, to align global processes.&nbsp;</p> <p>Additional responsibilities of this role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers</li> <li>Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment</li> <li>Coordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites</li> <li>Working alongside our internal Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges</li> <li>Helping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations where possible</li> <li>Troubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues</li> <li>Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for the importing and exporting of goods across global markets</li> <li>Manage and oversee our warehousing providers</li> <li>Ensure real-time inventory data accuracy</li> </ul> <h3>About You</h3> <ul> <li>Have 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments</li> <li>Have demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, and operate with a high sense of urgency</li> <li>Have a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services</li> <li>An experienced project manager and resource planner who understands warehouse operations and inventory management</li> <li>A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets</li> <li>Have experience in managing asset transfers and improving that process where possible (a plus but not required)</li> <li>Fluent in English and Mandarin</li> </ul> <p><em>If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to agency-partnerships@janestreet.com.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
