Role Overview
We’re looking for an IT Manager to own and scale our network, endpoint, and IT operations infrastructure. This role goes beyond maintenance - you will drive reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for building robust, audit-ready systems, reducing manual toil through automation, and ensuring seamless IT experience at scale.
What You’ll Own
- Network & Infrastructure Reliability
- Own end-to-end network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless
- Ensure high uptime via redundancy planning, VPN management, and ISP SLAs
- Monitor performance, logs, and alerts; proactively resolve issues
- Drive secure network architecture (segmentation, access control, Zero Trust principles
- Security & Compliance
- Manage enterprise firewall configurations (policy, NAT, VPNs)
- Own ISO 27001 readiness: controls, audits, SOPs, and access reviews
- Lead IAM lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC
- Oversee endpoint security: EDR, DLP, monitoring tools
- Respond to incidents, conduct log reviews, and strengthen security posture
- Endpoint & IT Operations
- Manage Mac, Windows, and Linux environments at scale
- Own MDM systems (enforcement, compliance, lifecycle—not just enrollment)
- Drive patch management, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
- Administer Google Workspace (users, groups, policies, security settings)
- Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement → provisioning → offboarding
- Operational Excellence
- Own ITSM systems (SLA creation, not just execution)
- Build and improve SOPs, runbooks, and documentation
- Reduce manual work via scripting and automation
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and system visibility
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and grow a team of IT professionals (5+ members)
- Partner with vendors for procurement, renewals, and support
- Collaborate cross-functionally on security, compliance, and IT needs
Must-Have Experience
- 8–12 years in IT infrastructure & operations, with 3+ years in leadership
- Experience managing IT for 500+ users • Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Firewalls (policy management, NAT, VPN)
- Layer 3 networking (routing, VLANs, ACLs)
- Network fundamentals (routing, NAT, VPNs, troubleshooting)
- Experience with MDM / endpoint management systems
- Strong understanding of network + security fundamentals
- Experience with:
- Patch management, backups, monitoring tools
- Google Workspace administration
- EDR, DLP, and security monitoring platforms
- Proficiency in shell scripting / automation
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
What Sets You Apart
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent
- Experience with Zero Trust / SASE architectures
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands-on with tools like JumpCloud or similar IAM/MDM platforms
- Experience in fintech/BFSI or regulated environments
- Built IT systems for scale + compliance (not just support)
