Operating as a player-coach, this individual will architect and execute solutions hands-on — standing up and relocating operations centers, administering multi-domain network environments, and ensuring continuous mission readiness across classified and unclassified systems. Success in this role means delivering reliable, well-documented IT capability from the ground up while managing assets with precision and supporting high-tempo exercises and senior leadership requirements. This is a mission-critical position for an entrepreneurial IT leader who thrives in dynamic, high-stakes environments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>The IT Manager at STS will:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of secure command-and-control IT infrastructure, including NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, MPE, and bilateral network environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Execute physical teardown, transit, reinstallation, and operational restoration of IT systems and communications equipment for headquarters and operations center stand-up efforts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Engineer and support secure voice, video, and data services for joint exercises and operational events, managing the full IT lifecycle from setup through post-event teardown.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Serve as the primary Client Systems Technician for headquarters staff, maintaining and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and VTC systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Manage IT asset accountability under established inventory management principles, tracking hardware and software from acquisition through disposal with auditable documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Administer user accounts for permanent personnel and transient exercise participants, ensuring access controls and system integrity across mission systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Coordinate with technical teams, operational stakeholders, and senior leaders to deliver responsive, high-visibility support during critical mission activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;
