Our role is to ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of the systems that allow us to deliver to customers worldwide. We work hand-in-hand with business teams and suppliers to guarantee availability, performance, and innovation.</p> <p><strong>The team is organized into three complementary pillars:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Network / Infra:</strong> Handles the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity) and core systems (Workstations, Cloud, Monitoring).</li> <li><strong>Devices &amp; RFID:</strong> Manages connected equipment and RFID technologies used in our warehouses and stores to ensure traceability and automation efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Partners:</strong> Drives the relationship and performance of our <strong>mechanized and robotic logistics systems</strong>. This pillar acts as the bridge between innovation, operations, and external collaboration.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>YOUR MISSIONS</strong></h3> <p>As part of the <strong>Partners</strong> pillar within the INFRALOG team, your playground will be the "nervous system" of our warehouses.</p> <h4><strong>DESIGN &amp; ARCHITECTURE (Build)</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Steering Mechanization Partners:</strong> You are the primary technical contact for our strategic partners (<strong>Exotec, TGW, Dematic, Falcon</strong>) to ensure their solutions are maintained in operational condition (MCO).</li> <li><strong>Architectural Design:</strong> You define and validate interconnection solutions (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS) between the Decathlon network and mechanized partner ecosystems, ensuring they align with our standards (Cisco, Meraki).</li> <li><strong>Technical Audit:</strong> You qualify architectures proposed by new robotic partners before global deployment.</li> <li><strong>Project Leadership:</strong> You orchestrate the Infra/Network aspects of site openings, extensions, or retrofits (e.g., WAN3 migration, new robot integration).</li> <li><strong>Innovation:</strong> You maintain a technology watch to propose evolutions (IoT, Edge Computing) that bring value to our logistics sites.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>MAINTENANCE &amp; RESILIENCE (Run)</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>High Availability:</strong> Your goal is clear: <strong>zero critical incidents</strong>. You ensure partner solutions remain robust and high-performing daily.</li> <li><strong>DRP Steering (Disaster Recovery Plan):</strong> You organize and supervise resilience tests (network failover, crash tests) with partners to ensure logistics operations never stop.</li> <li><strong>Obsolescence Management:</strong> You manage the hardware and software lifecycle (LCM) to eliminate technical debt.</li> <li><strong>Crisis Management:</strong> In the event of a major incident, you stay cool-headed. You lead the crisis cell with partners and internal teams to restore service as quickly as possible.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>SECURITY &amp; COMPLIANCE (Protect)</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Security by Design:</strong> You ensure partner solutions are compliant (network segmentation, SSO deployment, identity management on WCS interfaces) to protect our flows against cyber threats.</li> <li><strong>Audit &amp; Remediate:</strong> You regularly monitor the security levels of partner installations and lead remediation plans when vulnerabilities are detected.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>PROXIMITY (Field Focus)</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Field Culture:</strong> Because reality happens in the warehouse, regular travel (France and International) is expected to meet local teams, supervise deployments, and maintain a strong bond with our field colleagues.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>YOUR TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT</strong></h3> <p><strong>Network &amp; Infra:</strong> LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Security, Monitoring.<br><strong>Supplier Management:</strong> Project Management, Contract follow-up, technical committees, external coordination.<br><strong>Support &amp; Operations:</strong> Ticketing and monitoring tools, incident and problem management.<br><strong>Methodology:</strong> Agile project management, Crisis management, DRP/BCP.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Significant experience in Network and Infrastructure (<strong>knowledge of logistics environments</strong> is a major plus).</li> <li>A true passion for <strong>Security (IT &amp; OT)</strong>.
