About the role
Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
Work with the team to ensure security of all VOIP devices and servers, Provide support for VOIP telephone systems. Including softphones and PBX.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams Administration, and Office 365 Administration.
Help maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and LAN setups.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent IT-related Support.
CCNA, MCSA, and CompTIA ++ training certifications are preferred.
