<p><strong>IT Operations specialist</strong></p> <p><strong>Important Information</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Location:&nbsp;Singapore</p> <p>Job mode: Contract</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring an IT Operations Specialist to manage and run our Data Centre operations team on a 24x7 basis. You’ll ensure facilities, IT infrastructure, and business applications remain operational, secure, and available to meet business needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Monitor server and application health, system performance, and availability of IT services.</p> <p>Perform Level 1 troubleshooting and recovery for hardware, OS, and application incidents.</p> <p>Run and monitor batch jobs, backup jobs, and production job deployments and schedules.</p> <p>Support production job processing and ensure timely completion per schedule.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Experience </strong></p> <p>Ability to respond effectively to issues, complex enquiries, and complaints from project leaders, users, and management.</p> <p>Knowledge of Data Centre and critical services management.</p> <p>Understanding of IT security, fire safety, and workplace safety practices.</p> <p>Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and applications.</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
