This role goes far beyond traditional administration - your primary mission is to architect automation solutions, extend systems using scripts and APIs, and streamline processes across the organization.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Atlassian Platform Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Architect, configure, and manage Jira Cloud and Confluence environments, including workflows, schemes, permissions, spaces, and governance</li> <li>Lead user and access management while ensuring compliance, security, and consistency across teams</li> <li>Establish and enforce Jira/Confluence best practices, driving standardization and operational excellence</li> </ul> <p><strong>Scripting &amp; Advanced Automation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain automation using Groovy, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell to extend process functionality</li> <li>Build advanced ScriptRunner solutions: listeners, behaviors, REST endpoints, validators, post-functions, and scheduled jobs</li> <li>Optimize and troubleshoot automation logic to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Platform Integration &amp; API Engineering</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and manage automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams)</li> <li>Design and implement integrations between Atlassian&nbsp;products and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware</li> <li>Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions that increase efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration, Documentation &amp; Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and architect automation or integration solutions that support business goals</li> <li>Produce clear documentation for configurations, scripts, integrations, and standard operating procedures</li> <li>Mentor colleagues and champion best practices in automation, scripting, and Atlassian tool usage</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">REQUIREMENTS</span></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian&nbsp;products administration</li> <li>Strong mastery of scripting languages - Groovy, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript</li> <li>Proven experience designing complex workflows, custom fields, permissions, automation rules, and integrations</li> <li>Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Platform for automation (Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Teams)</li> <li>Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and integration architectures</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable automation solutions</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally</li> <li>Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="ewa-rteLine"> <p><strong>WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU</strong></p> <ul> <li>Modern office in Podil with an uninterruptible power supply and the Internet</li> <li>Personal time off (21 business days of paid vacation, paid days on special occasions, sick leaves, emergency days off)</li> <li>Public holidays</li> <li><span data-teams="true">Health and life insurance with our broker, available starting from the month following the employee’s start date with the company</span></li> <li>Modern technical equipment</li> <li>English courses with native speakers</li> <li>Ukraine-based educational programs</li> <li>Sports activities reimbursement</li> <li>Corporate entertainments</li> <li>Happy hours on Fridays</li> <li>Gig contract support</li> </ul> </div></div>
