font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working closely with engineers to define scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assigning tasks, prioritizing focus, allocating resources, and ensuring high quality output;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of experience with software development (e.g., prior role as developer, tech lead, or similar);</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to read, understand, and discuss code with engineering teams;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working closely with engineers on technical design decisions;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
