We are a growth-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Cleveland, Ohio,&nbsp;<br>and we take pride in building a team of sharp, driven, and consistently curious engineers who&nbsp;<br>thrive in a client-facing, project-driven environment.</p> <p><br><strong>The Role</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced IT Project Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a&nbsp;<br>fully onsite role. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to design, lead, and&nbsp;<br>deliver complex IT projects across a wide range of technologies.<br>If you have experience delivering projects in an MSP environment, you understand the pace,&nbsp;<br>accountability, and technical rigor this role requires. That background is foundational to this&nbsp;<br>position and central to how we build our team.</p> <p><br><strong>What You Will Do</strong><br>• Consult with clients to assess requirements and recommend technically sound, businessaligned solutions<br>• Lead small project teams or serve as a senior engineer within larger project&nbsp;<br>engagements<br>• Manage and deliver projects across Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure,&nbsp;<br>virtualization, networking, storage, backup and recovery, and security<br>• Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and raising the technical bar&nbsp;<br>across the team<br>• Conduct IT environment discovery and assessments for new and existing clients<br>• Lead infrastructure projects tied to mergers and acquisitions, new location buildouts,&nbsp;<br>and cloud migrations (including Microsoft 365)<br>• Design and implement centralized computing solutions&nbsp;<br>• Architect and deploy server virtualization and data center solutions<br>• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions that meet client business&nbsp;<br>continuity requirements<br>• Travel locally to client sites as needed</p> <p><br><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong><br><strong>Experience - Required:</strong><br>• 5+ years of project delivery and engineering experience within a Managed Service&nbsp;<br>Provider (MSP). This experience is essential, and candidates without MSP project&nbsp;<br>delivery backgrounds are unlikely to be a strong fit.<br>• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft platform (Active Directory, Azure,&nbsp;<br>Microsoft 365, Windows Server, etc.)<br>• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute IT projects from scoping&nbsp;<br>through delivery<br><strong>Experience - Preferred:</strong><br>• Prior mid-market or IT consulting experience<br>• Solutions Architect experience<br>• Cyber security experience<br>• Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, VMware, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus<br><strong>Skills and Attributes:</strong><br>• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical&nbsp;<br>concepts for non-technical stakeholders<br>• Internally motivated with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes&nbsp;<br>independently and as part of a team<br>• Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing competing project priorities<br>• Genuine commitment to client service and client experience<br>• A degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred</p> <p><br><strong>Location Requirement</strong><br>This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Cleveland, Ohio office, with regular engagement at&nbsp;<br>local client sites. The position requires consistent in-person collaboration and client presence.&nbsp;<br>Candidates must be local to the Cleveland area or willing to relocate.
