Key Responsibilities
- Visit local customer business locations to install and set up new computer hardware.
- Handle physical installation tasks such as running data cables and securely mounting hardware.
- Prepare equipment for deployment by loading software, configuring system images, and ensuring readiness for onsite installation.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance your career.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong ability to follow instructions carefully and ask for clarification when needed. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the desire to collaborate and support teammates.
- Familiarity with MSP tools and customer network management is a PLUS, but not required
