Junior IT Project Support (Bilingual – English/Portuguese)

We are supporting a global HR/IT project that requires a professional to act as a communication bridge between local teams and international stakeholders (mainly India).

This is not a pure translation role — we are looking for someone with a background in IT or HR environments, who can support meetings, understand the context, and ensure clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings with global teams and vendors
• Support communication between Portuguese and English speakers during calls
• Ensure clarity in discussions involving HR processes and IT topics
• Assist with the translation of emails, meeting notes, and basic documentation
• Help align stakeholders by clarifying context when needed

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory) – strong verbal communication is essential
• Fluent Portuguese
• Background in IT support, infrastructure, HR systems or project environments
• Experience in structured corporate environments (medium/large companies)
• Ability to communicate clearly in multicultural settings
• Organized and reliable

Nice to Have

• Exposure to global projects or offshore teams
• Basic knowledge of HR processes or systems
• Experience supporting meetings or stakeholders

Project Details

• Start date: immediate
• Duration: until December (hypercare period)
• Workload: flexible, up to 4 hours per day depending on demand
• Working hours: business hours (BRT)
• Work model: 100% remote, with occasional on-site presence if required in São Paulo - SP
