- Rich experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Handling junior to senior level internal requirements for IT profiles.
- Sourced and recruited qualified candidates based upon needs while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Very well versed with using Job Portals.
- Identifying prospective candidates through Personal References or Job portals.
- Screening/ Shortlisting candidates and scheduling F2F meet up as per their availability.
- Interviewing- Role/ Skills discussion.
- Ensure consistent follow-up & taking it to closure
- Using innovative techniques to turn up the candidate
- Building rapport with Client and Candidates.
- Data management of candidates, employees as well as new joiners
