<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT department as an IT Helpdesk/Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This is an on-site position in Guilford, CT.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Tier 1 and tier 2 response to user requests for technical support.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Triage, assign, update, or resolve open tickets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Document solutions and update knowledge bases for future reference.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in setting up new user accounts, hardware, and software installations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist with ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met; HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">on-call and after-hours support</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> as necessary</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">At least 2 years prior IT Helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, Linux is a plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common IT tools, including Single Sign-On, system management/mobile device management, cloud-based storage, and web-based conferencing.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Cybersecurity experience is a plus.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":276}">Physical Demands</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Hyperfine’s office in Guilford, CT.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Available nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.</span></li>
