We are nimble and maintain a sense of urgency, swiftly adapting to change and overcoming obstacles.</p></div><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for someone to own all things IT related for our Culver City office! </span></p> <p><em><strong>This role is hybrid, with four days per week in our Culver City office.</strong></em></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.</li> <li>Conduct corporate training sessions.</li> <li>Assist with onboarding-offboarding.</li> <li>Maintain the daily performance of computer systems and conference room equipment.</li> <li>Help with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmt&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience</li> <li>Experience with Mac and PC Operating Systems</li> <li>Basic knowledge of AI/Automation workflow building (Okta workflows, Google Apps Script, N8N)&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with G Suite and Google Admin</li> <li>Experience with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA</li> <li>Experience with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment</li> <li>Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira)</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Active Directory</li> <li>Computer and Printer Support&nbsp;</li> <li>New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software</li> <li>Familiarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of Outlook may be required</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What we bring</strong></span></p> <p>Attracting and retaining top-tier talent is a priority.
