You’ll diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, manage device lifecycle and user accounts, and support our ops teams with bespoke internal tooling. This is an on-site role (up to 5 days a week) with an on-call rota.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Day to day you’ll:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Resolve IT support requests via Jira, Slack and in person, owning tickets through to closure within SLA.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build, configure and deploy devices using Intune and Autopilot; manage the asset register.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Administer user accounts and access across Entra ID, Google Workspace and M365.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
