This is an exciting entry‑level opportunity for a motivated graduate with a strong interest in technology, collaboration systems, and customer support.<br>In this role, you will provide first‑line AV, IT, and networking support, helping to maintain and monitor client environments while delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop AV and IT skills and progress your career within EOS.</p> <hr> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a first point of contact for clients, providing support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site escalation where required</li> <li>Provide first-line support for AV systems, meeting room technology, IT hardware, networking, and collaboration tools</li> <li>Monitor client AV and network infrastructure, responding proactively to alerts, incidents, and service requests</li> <li>Perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure systems remain reliable and fit for purpose</li> <li>Support the upkeep of AV environments including displays, conferencing systems, control systems, and associated network connectivity</li> <li>Ensure incidents and requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in line with agreed SLAs</li> <li>Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused support experience, maintaining professionalism and clear communication at all times</li> <li>Work closely with senior engineers and global teams to escalate issues and expand your technical knowledge</li> <li>Contribute to documentation, knowledge articles, and continuous service improvement activities</li> <li>Participate in training and development programmes to build AV and networking expertise</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A strong interest in technology, AV systems, and IT support</li> <li>Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users</li> <li>A customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and user satisfaction</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude</li> <li>Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to manage tasks effectively while working within defined support processes</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject / experience. Recognized professional I.T. qualifications or relevant experience. ITIL Qualified (preferable)</li> <li>General IT knowledge (hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals)</li> <li>Any exposure to or interest in AV technologies such as video conferencing, meeting room systems, or digital signage</li> <li>Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or basic networking concepts</li> <li>A strong motivation to upskill through structured training and hands-on experience provided within the role</li> </ul> <p><strong>#IND</strong></p>
