<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We are looking for a reliable and proactive <strong>IT Support Operations Specialist</strong> to support our internal team with day-to-day IT needs. This role will be responsible for maintaining employee access, managing devices and software, resolving technical issues, and supporting IT compliance initiatives.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The position combines <strong>hands-on IT support, IT asset management, and operational support for security and compliance processes</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">IT Helpdesk Support</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide day-to-day technical support for internal users across <strong>Microsoft, Google Workspace, and macOS environments</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support user assistance with <strong>Mac devices</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist with password resets, account management, software installations, and troubleshooting of common technical issues.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to employee productivity.</span></p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Employee Onboarding and Offboarding</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage technical onboarding and offboarding processes.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provision and deprovision user accounts across internal systems.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assign and revoke system access according to company policies.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Procure and configure <strong>laptops (including Mac devices), peripherals, and required equipment</strong> for new employees.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure proper device return and decommissioning during employee offboarding.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate records within the company’s <strong>access management and asset tracking systems</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">IT Asset and Software Management</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Track and manage company devices, licenses, and software subscriptions.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist with internal initiatives to <strong>review and optimize hardware and software usage</strong> across the organization.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support cleanup and consolidation efforts related to unused or redundant tools and licenses.</span></p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Security and Compliance Support</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist with the preparation and maintenance of documentation for <strong>SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support IT security policies, documentation, and evidence collection as needed.</span></p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Required</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2+ years of experience in <strong>IT support, helpdesk, or IT operations</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience supporting <strong>Microsoft, Google Workspace, and macOS environments</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience configuring and troubleshooting <strong>Mac devices</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with <strong>user account management and access control</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience with <strong>device setup and IT asset management</strong>.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</span></p>
</li>

<p data-start="109" data-end="434"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This position is open to candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations in New York, NY; Cape Coral, FL; or Washington, DC. While the role offers flexibility, it requires an onsite presence a few days each month to support collaboration, team alignment, and key business initiatives.</span></p>
<p data-start="436" data-end="622" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node=""><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This role also requires the ability to travel approximately 20–30% to our office locations as needed to support cross-functional initiatives, team engagement, and operational priorities.</span></p>
