<p>Job Type: Full-Time<br>Job Location: Onsite – Waukee Office<br>Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm</p>
<p>Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring an IT Support Technician in Waukee. This customer-facing role is focused on answering incoming support requests, troubleshooting end-user issues, documenting work clearly, and helping customers get back to work quickly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, talking with customers, working through a ticket queue, and learning in a fast-paced team environment. Compensation up to $24/hour.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing as an IT Support Technician:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Work through incoming help desk tickets for customers.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers by phone and email to troubleshoot issues and confirm resolution.</li>
<li>Document ticket updates clearly and work with the team to escalate issues when additional support is needed.</li>
<li>Work closely with Technical Account Managers and other team members to support customers and resolve issues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For in an IT Support Technician:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of help desk, technical support, customer service, or related experience.</li>
<li>IT degree, certification, internship, or hands-on technical experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.</li>
</ul>
