IT Support Technician

This customer-facing role is focused on answering incoming support requests, troubleshooting end-user issues, documenting work clearly, and helping customers get back to work quickly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, talking with customers, working through a ticket queue, and learning in a fast-paced team environment.
