This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both end-user support and solving technical problems through code.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS systems.</li> <li>Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.</li> <li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.</li> <li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.</li> <li>Troubleshoot creative workflows with specific creative tools ie Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, C4D etc.</li> <li>Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.</li> <li>Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management.</li> <li>Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.</li> <li>Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on internal tools and integrations.</li> <li>Monitor system health and escalate complex issues when necessary.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent education.</li> <li>Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).</li> <li>Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, user account administration, and endpoint management.</li> <li>Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.</li> <li>Experience with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and workflow improvement.</li> <li>Familiarity with APIs, Git, and basic software development practices.</li> <li>Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications and creative production workflows.</li> <li>Exposure to MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) and identity management platforms (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Entra ID).</li> <li>Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications are a plus.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$80,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$80,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><em>Disclosures:</em></strong></span></p> <p><em>In order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position.
