<strong>IT System Administrator</strong> will work as part of a small team at a fast paced, high-energy manufacturing environment at both the Kermit TX and Monahans TX locations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work in a manufacturing environment both indoors and outdoors, diagnosing full functionality of computers&nbsp;interfacing to&nbsp;factory equipment, process controls, monitoring, and automation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience providing desktop support for local and remote office staff&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience administering&nbsp;production&nbsp;Windows Server Operating Systems&nbsp;including&nbsp;on-premise, at remote&nbsp;locations, and in cloud service&nbsp;providers&nbsp;such as&nbsp;Office 365 and&nbsp;Azure.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience administering virtualization software such as&nbsp;VMware&nbsp;or Hyper-V.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience administering&nbsp;Shared storage environments such as&nbsp;DAS,&nbsp;NAS. and&nbsp;SAN devices from&nbsp;vendors such as&nbsp;HP, Dell, Network Appliance, and EMC.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to deploy&nbsp;moderately&nbsp;complex IT infrastructure into multiple geographic locations, including optimized&nbsp;virtualization,&nbsp;on premise or cloud&nbsp;Exchange email administration, advanced Active Directory administration,&nbsp;ERP,&nbsp;and Business Intelligence systems, Web presence, and more.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with the installation and operation of a variety of&nbsp;open-source&nbsp;software such as Linux, Apache,&nbsp;PHP&nbsp;and others.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with Administration of LAN/WAN networking products including Routers, Switches, Firewall devices,&nbsp;VPN’s, and more.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">General aptitude for scripting and programmatic optimization of repeated administrative processes in Linux and&nbsp;Windows environments.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Good mentoring and training skills are&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must multitask efficiently in a high-energy office.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be highly skilled at documenting processes and procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Willing to work at multiple geographic locations within Texas (Primarily Kermit and Monahans).&nbsp;&nbsp;Some travel&nbsp;may be&nbsp;required&nbsp;to Austin and other locations.&nbsp;(10%).&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must&nbsp;demonstrate&nbsp;and exercise good verbal and written communication skills in English.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be willing and able to&nbsp;work flexible&nbsp;hours, and&nbsp;be “on-call” after hours.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be willing and able to accept new tasks as assigned.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Will often set their own priorities based on general guidelines and style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma/Degree or preferred would be an AAS in a technical field such as Computer Science,&nbsp;substantial experience in related functions and/or industries may be considered as a substitute.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must have at&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;two&nbsp;years&nbsp;real world experience&nbsp;with desktop support and&nbsp;administering production servers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Windows Server&nbsp;and Desktop support&nbsp;expertise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be comfortable working
