We’ve built the highest-rated practice management software and we’re on track to become the market leader.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="color: #123333;">We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer who has strong problem-solving capabilities.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="color: #123333;">Under the supervision of the IT lead, you will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure components, improving internal automation tools, and helping to identify and resolve user-reported issues. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #123333;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">As an IT Systems Engineer, your core responsibilities include:&nbsp;</span> <ul> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">75% of your time working with the Internal IT team on new initiatives and projects</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">25% of your time maintaining IT Infrastructure and support requests&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">Maintaining and supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">Deploying Virtual Machines (VMs)</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">Creation, research, analysis, engineering and implementation of internal technical solutions that assist in increased employee productivity and result in better self-serve IT environment</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">AI Research &amp; Advocacy: evaluating emerging AI tools, leading efforts to deploy solutions that improve workflows, and helping teammates incorporate AI into their day-to-day work</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">Analysis and implementation of current security and compliance controls specific to internal IT processes and systems to ensure HIPAA-compliant internal infrastructure&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">Create scripts and automations using programming languages such as Python, Bash, etc.</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">Create knowledge base for implemented solutions and provide education to all employees on new processes and technologies&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion)</span></li> <li style="color: #123333 !important;"><span style="color: #123333;">On-call schedule to support our team members during off hours and weekends (1 weekend day every 2 weeks)</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #123333;"><strong>Desired Skills &amp;
