</ul></div><h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3>
<p>As an IT Support intern you will gain experience and knowledge about how an IT team operates within a business. You’ll have the opportunity to work with all kinds of stakeholders from various areas within the organisation; both technical and non-technical. You will gain knowledge on the employee lifecycle from the perspective of a support function of an organisation and how we impact overall productivity.</p>
<p>This role is for a fixed term of 6 months with the possibility of being hired as a full-time employee. </p>
<h3><strong>What you will do / be involved in:</strong></h3>
<h4><strong><em>End-user Support</em></strong><strong>:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Serve as first point of contact for technical support, managing and resolving day-to-day IT issues</li>
<li>Coordinate with senior team members for complex problem resolution</li>
<li>Document solutions and share knowledge with end-users</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>Device Management and Lifecycle:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute end-to-end laptop provisioning and configuration</li>
<li>Manage hardware logistics and inventory tracking</li>
<li>Handle employee technology onboarding, including account creation and system setup</li>
<li>Coordinate equipment returns and account closures during offboarding</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of all processes</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong> What you’ll bring to the role:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Enrolled in a Dutch University for the duration of your internship </strong></li>
<li>Good communication skills - verbal and written</li>
<li>Positive customer service skills with the ability to make people feel validated</li>
<li>Willingness to support where needed </li>
<li>Curious mindset and willingness to to learn new things</li>
<li>Ability to ask questions when to get a better understanding</li>
<li>Willingness to share information and teach people how issues were resolved</li>
<li>Hands on approach to tasks</li>
<li>Detail oriented in all things you do</li>
<li>Basic technical skills / understanding of technical terms</li>
<li>Ability to find information to help troubleshoot technical issues</li>
<li>Knowledge or previous experience of using Apple laptops</li>
<li>Fluent in English - Dutch & additional languages are a plus</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Our Offices and Way of Working</strong></h3>
<p class="p1">Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.</p>
