IT Transformation Intern

<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2> <p>The IT Transformation Intern supports enterprise technology initiatives by helping integrate change management practices into IT implementation projects, including communications, training, documentation, and user adoption activities.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual interested in technology transformation, project delivery, organizational design, and the application of AI tools to enhance business outcomes.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>1. Change Management &amp; User Adoption Support</h3> <ul> <li>Assist in identifying impacted stakeholders, business processes, and user groups for IT implementations</li> <li>Support development of change management deliverables including:</li> <ul> <li>Communication plans</li> <li>Training materials and user guides</li> <li>SOPs and process documentation</li> </ul> </ul> <h3>2. IT Implementation &amp; Project Support</h3> <ul> <li>Assist project teams with planning, documentation, and coordination of IT implementation activities</li> <li>Participate in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and testing activities</li> <li>Document current-state and future-state processes using structured frameworks</li> <li>Support development of process maps, workflows, and business process documentation</li> </ul> <h3>3. AI &amp; Innovation Enablement</h3> <ul> <li>Explore and apply AI tools and platforms to improve project deliverables (e.g., drafting communications, generating documentation, analyzing data)</li> <li>Support pilot use cases for AI-driven transformation opportunities</li> <li>Assist in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and AI</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <h3>Required</h3> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:</li> <ul> <li>Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field</li> </ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>High attention to detail and organizational skills</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred</h3> <ul> <li>Interest in:</li> <ul> <li>IT systems implementation</li> <li>Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)</li> <li>Change management and organizational transformation</li> <li>Process improvement and operational excellence</li> </ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)</li> <li>Familiarity with process mapping or documentation tools (Visio)</li> <li>Exposure to or interest in AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)</li> </ul> <h2>Key Competencies</h2> <ul> <li>Analytical thinking and problem solving</li> <li>Strong communication ability</li> <li>Adaptability and learning agility</li> <li>Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies</li> </ul> <h2>What the Intern Will Gain</h2> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT transformation initiatives</li> <li>Exposure to end-to-end system implementations and change management practices</li> <li>Opportunity to apply AI in real-world business scenarios</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Colorado Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$20</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$24 USD</span></div></div></div>
