This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. From processing equipment requests to maintaining inventory levels and handling outbound shipments, you'll support critical logistics that keep our client's IT infrastructure running seamlessly.</p> <p class="" data-start="1160" data-end="1184"><strong data-start="1160" data-end="1184">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Fulfill equipment and material requests with accuracy and urgency</div> </li> <li> <div>Communicate professionally via email and internal channels</div> </li> <li> <div>Maintain precise inventory levels using Excel and internal systems</div> </li> <li> <div>Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools</div> </li> <li> <div>Manage outbound shipping workflows including picking, packing, and labeling</div> </li> <li> <div>Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries</div> </li> <li> <div>Receive, inspect, and log incoming hardware shipments</div> </li> <li> <div>Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts</div> </li> <li> <div>Support desk moves, onsite deployments, and other logistical tasks</div> </li> <li> <div>Monitor and maintain task queues and SRT queues</div> </li> <li> <div>Facilitate new‑hire equipment delivery across the NORAM region</div> </li> <li> <div>Oversee e‑waste processing, donation logistics, and proper disposal</div> </li> <li> <div>Partner daily with regional inventory teams for alignment</div> </li> <li> <div>Perform additional tasks or special projects assigned by the Site Lead or management</div> </li> </ul> <p class="" data-start="2220" data-end="2242"><strong data-start="2220" data-end="2242">ESSENTIAL CRITERIA</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing (preferred but not required)</div> </li> <li> <div>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong written and verbal communication skills</div> </li> <li> <div>Excellent time management and prioritization abilities</div> </li> <li> <div>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment</div> </li> <li> <div>Professional, customer‑service‑oriented approach</div> </li> </ul> <p class="" data-start="2220" data-end="2242"><strong data-start="2706" data-end="2728">DESIRABLE CRITERIA</strong></p> <ul> <li data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Familiarity with inventory management tools or asset tracking systems.</li> <li>Experience in a tech environment or with IT hardware.</li> <li> <div>Background in global logistics or multi‑region coordination&nbsp;</div> </li> <li>Ability to lift and move equipment in a warehouse setting.</li> <li> <div>Comfortable working independently and taking initiative</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>EOS BENEFITS:</strong></p> <p>At EOS IT Solutions, we are committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team.
