Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian across multiple channels..
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, payments, returns, and other marketplace-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Stay informed about the company’s products, policies, and promotions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is a requirement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM software.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to new challenges.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is provided.
