As an Italian Customer Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with Italian-speaking customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored telecommunications solutions. You will play a key role in fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking customers to promote telecommunications solutions.
• Promote and sell telecommunications products and services effectively
• Provide accurate information, answer questions, and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to optimize sales strategies
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus
• Willingness to work in Athens, Greece
