These are long-term, high-volume assignments that make a real impact in the healthcare space. 
 

Whether you're a seasoned freelancer or a language expert with deep medical knowledge, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to something meaningful. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Accurately decipher, translate and edit handwritten Italian medical documents into clear, high-quality English translations. 

• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and medical terminology across documents. 

• Collaborate with project managers and QA teams to clarify illegible content and uphold editorial standards. 

• Apply regulatory and stylistic conventions in line with client specifications and industry standards. 

 

Required Qualifications 

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian and English 

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in medical translation/editing 

• Experience working with handwritten medical materials 

• Strong familiarity with clinical terminology, pharmaceutical content, or patient records
