In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technology products and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, company products, and policies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service processes and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support in the technology sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
