The successful candidates will provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning electronic products and services.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital support tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
