Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative at our Client's AI & Technology Company based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries related to cutting-edge AI products and technology services.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in helping clients understand product functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights into the latest technological innovations. As part of our dedicated customer service team, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding AI and technology inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product features, functionality, and implementation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or software industries, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in AI and technology, eager to assist customers in leveraging products effectively
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
