Italian Speaking Customer Service for Online Shopping Platforms in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a proficient Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Shopping Platforms based in Greece. In this important role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers seeking assistance with their online shopping needs.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential to provide clear and effective communication, helping customers with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and general support. By delivering exemplary service, you will contribute to enhancing the customer experience and fostering loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat for online shopping platform inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and refunds
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and platform usability
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and trends in e-commerce

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service, ideally within online retail or e-commerce, is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
• Genuine interest in online shopping platforms and customer experience enhancement
