Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with streaming service setup, billing questions, and technical support
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and service updates
• Collect and report customer feedback to enhance service quality
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the streaming or entertainment industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and customer-focused approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and streaming technology is advantageous
