Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist partners with inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our services.
• Educate partners on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop solutions.
• Follow up regularly with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
• Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to improve support services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Experience with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
