Italian Speaking Road side assistance for luxury car brand in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Speaking Roadside Assistance Representative to support a distinguished luxury car brand in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional assistance to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their experience reflects the high standards of the brand.

Your ability to communicate effectively in Italian will help customers resolve their vehicle-related issues promptly and professionally, delivering outstanding customer service in challenging roadside situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional roadside assistance to Italian-speaking customers via phone and digital channels
• Assess customer needs accurately and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with service providers, including towing and repair services, to facilitate quick assistance
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system
• Ensure courteous, empathetic, and professional communication at all times
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality
• Stay informed about the luxury car brand’s latest products and service updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in roadside assistance or customer support is advantageous
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to provide quick solutions
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Passion for luxury vehicles and commitment to delivering superior customer experiences
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus
