In this role, you will leverage your Italian language skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and present our diverse range of telecommunications products. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to promote innovative telecommunications products and services
• Provide in-depth product information and conduct effective demonstrations
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional post-sales support
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create and implement successful sales strategies

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
• Strong interest in telecommunications and technology
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Athens, Greece
