Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in Italian via phone, email, and chat for customers using various electronic products
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our tracking system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Educate customers on product features and proper usage
• Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends
• Participate in ongoing training to refine technical and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the electronics industry
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on problem resolution
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technical documentation
