Mercier Consultancy MD is offering an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Technical Support Specialist to join a leading tech company in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for technology and enjoy providing top-notch customer service. You will support Italian-speaking clients, helping them troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring excellent user experiences while enjoying the benefits of living and working in Greece, enabled by a fully paid for relocation package.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the company’s products and services.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex problems.
- Stay informed about new technologies and product updates to enhance support quality.
Requirements
- Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to live and work in Greece and adapt to a multicultural environment.
