Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the company’s products and services.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex problems.
• Stay informed about new technologies and product updates to enhance support quality.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
