About the role
Responsibilities:
Own the end‑to‑end solution design for complex business and technology initiative
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and compliant architectures
Act as the technical authority ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Design solution architectures across applications, integrations, data and infrastructure
Define target architectures, roadmaps, and transition states
Collaborate closely with engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholders
Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, security, risk and regulatory requirements
Support delivery teams through design reviews, key technical decisions and governance forums
Skills:
Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions
Hands‑on background in software engineering or platform engineering
Experience working with distributed teams and multiple delivery streams
Familiarity with cloud‑ready and DevOps‑oriented architectures
Strong experience in solution and application architecture
Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, data, and integration patterns
Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, cost and risk
Excellent stakeholder management and clear architectural communication skills
Comfortable operating in large, complex, regulated environments
