Senior Java Backend Engineer (DEX)

<p data-path-to-node="3">We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer with deep expertise in decentralized finance (DeFi) to lead the architectural design and development of our client's high-performance DEX platform. You will be responsible for building the core components of a world-class trading environment, focusing on ultra-low latency, high concurrency, and uncompromising security.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="5"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Architectural Leadership:</strong> Design and develop the core server-side architecture for a Decentralized Exchange (DEX).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Core Module Engineering:</strong> Lead the implementation of critical modules, including matching engines, order books, market data broadcasting, risk management, and clearing/settlement systems.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Infrastructure &amp; Connectivity:</strong> Develop and maintain high-performance trading gateways (REST/WebSocket), market data feeds, and K-line services.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Performance Optimization:</strong> Ensure the stability and performance of high-concurrency, low-latency trading systems through rigorous JVM tuning and system-level optimizations.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Resilience &amp; Skills</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Educational Background:</strong> Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Java Expertise:</strong> 8+ years of professional Java development experience, with mastery of multi-threading, concurrency models, and JVM performance tuning.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">DEX Domain Knowledge:</strong> 3+ years of direct experience in DEX/Exchange server-side development, with a deep understanding of matching, clearing, and risk control workflows.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">High-Performance Frameworks:</strong> Proven experience with <strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="52">LMAX Disruptor</strong>, <strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="68">Chronicle</strong>, or similar high-performance frameworks;
