The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building microservices-based architectures, deploying applications on AWS, and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of systems.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br>•Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality backend services using Java and related technologies<br>•Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures<br>•Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and ECS/EKS<br>•Implement event-driven architectures using tools like SNS, SQS, or Kafka<br>•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers<br>•Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices<br>•Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards<br>•Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes<br>•Troubleshoot and resolve production issues<br>•Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability</p> <p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<br>•Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot / Spring MVC<br>•Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch)<br>•Experience in building and deploying microservices architecture<br>•Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles<br>•Experience working with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases<br>•Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies<br>•Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)<br>•Experience with version control systems (Git)<br>•Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications<br>•Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) or container orchestration<br>•Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)<br>•Experience with serverless architecture<br>•Understanding of DevOps practices<br>•Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)<br>•AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect)<br>•Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies</p> <p><strong>Soft Skills</strong><br>•Strong communication and collaboration skills<br>•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br>•Proactive and solution-oriented mindset<br>•Attention to detail and commitment to quality</p> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong><br>•Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools<br>•Knowledge of security standards and practices<br>•Experience with large-scale distributed systems</p> <p><strong>Education</strong><br>•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</p> <div class="mb-3"> <div class="markdown-body mb-3"> <p><strong><em>If you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
