<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Java/Python Fullstack Engineer<br><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, React, Kafka, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, AWS Athena<br><strong>Experience:</strong> +5 YOE<br><strong>Location:</strong> LATAM (exclusive for residents) <br><strong>Mode:</strong> Remote</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring a <strong>Senior Java/Python Fullstack Engineer (21616)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend environments<br>• Develop backend services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot as the primary technology stack<br>• Build and support backend solutions using Python/Django where needed<br>• Develop responsive and modern frontend applications using React<br>• Design and implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka<br>• Build and maintain GraphQL APIs and integrations<br>• Work with SQL and/or MongoDB databases to support application scalability and performance<br>• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to define technical priorities and business solutions<br>• Contribute to data platform initiatives using technologies such as Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena<br>• Ensure high code quality through testing, peer reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices<br>• Participate in architecture discussions, troubleshooting, and system optimization efforts<br>• Support agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <p>• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering<br>• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development<br>• Experience developing backend services with Python and Django<br>• Solid frontend development expertise using React<br>• Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven systems<br>• Experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs<br>• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or MongoDB databases<br>• Familiarity with scalable distributed systems and microservices architecture<br>• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies<br>• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <p>• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena<br>• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms<br>• Product management exposure, particularly working with GTM teams and engineers on prioritization initiatives<br>• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf<br>• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure automation practices<br>• Experience working in fast-paced product-driven environments</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Posted On:</strong> 04-06-2026</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p>
